In Spanish, "sendero" means pathway, but a pathway is never just about the ground beneath our feet. A pathway is an invitation and a connection between where we are and where we hope to be. Sendero ABQ ensures that the artists, families, and hardworking individuals who make Albuquerque extraordinary can access and activate the downtown we're building collectively.

At Sendero ABQ, residents will find affordable studio, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms apartment units to support a wide range of living options. Corner commercial spaces, large elevated courtyard decks, community rooms, a food pantry, and flexible co-working spaces are just a glimpse into the amenities that this uniquely modern development will provide.

Sendero ABQ's adjacency to cultural destinations, entertainment districts, mass transportation options, and the Rail Yards positions residents at the intersection of connectivity and opportunity. With immediate access to the Rail Trail’s walkable, bikeable pathways throughout the city, residents can bike to work or school, walk to Civic Plaza's playground and open space, and access public transit with ease.

Sendero ABQ is a community-driven plan to transform an underutilized site in Downtown Albuquerque into a vibrant and walkable multiuse district for the entire neighborhood to enjoy.
