Funding Proposal Submitted

Senate Bill 151 Passes

Sol Housing provided letters of support to legislative committees, as we feel relief from construction material & labor gross receipts tax will make a significant difference in affordable housing projects being able to close finances. . SB 151 reduces the amount of gap funding we need, therefore making the development more likely to close financing and get built. On a project like Sendero, this will make an even more significant impact on the total cost of construction.
